Brought my **** pickup to location for work covered under ************** week of January 7 weeks later still waiting, being told I have two vehicles in front of me. vehicle had to be completely torn down. Customers had an aftermarket warranty company not purchased through the dealership had to wait on approvals and inspectors.

After many failed attempts to have our truck repaired properly or trade in value to trade it in because of it being a nightmare, we finally called around and found that Platinum Ford, owned by ********* was probably the problem and not Ford itself. Our truck was taken in many times for a knocking noise at the fuel pump area, they reprogrammed the computer, changed out assembly's and sensors, changed out pumps, etc., even blamed the noise on bullets rolling in the bed.
