I have had the best experience with Joey and Platinum Fire Protection. I had a roof leak. The company who I will not name, but it begins with "Serv" sent people to do the demo of my ceiling. In the process, they knocked one of the fire sprinkler heads off and broke it. I cannot proceed with the ceiling repair until the sprinkler is fixed. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from this platinum fire protection. Initially, I went to their office and seemed helpful and professional. I was told someone would follow up with me to assist with the next steps, and I felt confident I had chosen the right company. Unfortunately, that’s where the service stopped. Horrible company to work. Would never recommend anybody to waste their time working with this company I paid them in full $3900 what their original invoice price was and they never completed their job. Me and My Architect have attempted numerous times to communicate with them through text, email, calls and You never hear back from them. Very irresponsible and very unprofessional. Completed a small concrete pour back for them in May 2022. Have not been paid for completed work. I've got text from Joe thanking me for getting it completed and complimenting the work but yet he still won't pay. Talked direct to Joe in July and he said he'd get it taken care of. Talked & emailed with 2 other members of his staff but was told it was not up to them. Going on 5 months now and they won't even pay a simple $400 dollar invoice.... If you're a sub - I recommend to stay away from them or get paid up front.
