I was terrified to go to the ENT for my nasal issues. Dr. Parnes and his staff immediately were welcoming and comforting. I have never been and had so many questions! I saw my Internist and he recommend Platinum ENT. They have probably the nicest medical office I have ever seen. I saw Dr. Milo Bastianelli, who is very personable and professional. Excellent experience, I highly recommend them.
Dr Parnes treated my broken nose and did an amazing job. He is helpful understanding and has a wonderful bedside manner. His office staff is so friendly and helpful! Great office and team!! Highly recommend!
