I had been using Dr. Smyth for a couple of years. She is a great dentist, however her billing staff is horrible. The bill her as out of network, then refill as in network. I have been fighting for 5 months now to get a bill straightened out because of their billing error. I continue to get notices to pay the bill when the insurance says it’s paid and I owe nothing.
