Generally, I’ve had a good experience here over the last 10 years, but I’ve decided not to return. Before my appointment, I was very clear that I did not want certain services performed because my insurance wouldn’t cover them—I only wanted preventative maintenance. Despite that, at the end of my visit I was charged $83. I walked into the office and was greeted with smiles at the desk. Everyone was very helpful and very caring and very thoughtful. They allowed me to explain what was going on. They made room for me as a walk-in. I couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere being from out of state everyone was very knowledgeable and very thorough while explaining prescribe something for my pain and looking forward to a positive experience in the coming weeks.
