UPDATE: I have always liked coming here and been coming here for a long time. But this last time they did not tell us that they no longer take our insurance and when we got the bill it showed they charged us full price for a visit. Not cool! Not honest! I have been going here for several years and really appreciate the care and respectfulness I get here every time. They are on time, up front about all costs, honest, and thorough. I highly recommend them!

You can’t come to me MONTHS after my appointment was done and closed and ask for more money. I was told day of that I didn’t owe anything, I was covered. Don’t lie to me.

Generally, I’ve had a good experience here over the last 10 years, but I’ve decided not to return. Before my appointment, I was very clear that I did not want certain services performed because my insurance wouldn’t cover them—I only wanted preventative maintenance. Despite that, at the end of my visit I was charged $83.
