We learned a very hard lesson in “you get what you pay for”. We signed a contract to get our basement done in September 2023 (significantly less $ than the other quotes we got) and they decided in January 2024 (5 weeks after the job was to be done) they no longer wanted to complete the job, haggled on a discount to take off for deficiencies, and left us with a basement that was never fully complete. I had a wonderful experience with Platinum Contracting. Good, friendly, honest communication and solid commitment to deadlines. My basement was completed within two months of them starting the job. Price was fair in comparison to competitors and I was given great advice on where to save costs. They even created a finished hideaway under the stairs for my children - which we love. I would use them again for sure!
