I was a returning customer: I first took my car to Bobby back in 2021 after it was keyed. I was so surprised Bobby remembered that! After I left word that I needed some body work for some bad scratches on my car, I heard almost immediately from Bobby at Platinum Collision. I explained I needed the work completed in four days without fail. Two days later I heard from Bobby that my car was ready. And it looked perfect, like new. I would definitely recommend Platinum Collision for body work and paint repair. Plus, Bobby, who is the main contact, was friendly and easy to work with.
We’ve had a fantastic experience at Platinum Collision. I previously used them to repair scratches and dents with excellent results, Today I collective my Jeep Cherokee after having the bumper replaced as a result of someone reversing into me.Bobby communicates well, did an excellent job on the repair, and returned my car far cleaner then when I dropped it off, which was such a nice surprise. Highly recommend.
These folks were communicative and responded quickly and did great work. When a part they replaced failed after pickup, they swapped it immediately with no hassle, fortunately they'd had the foresight to keep the original parts on hand. It was as smooth an experience as I've ever had with collision repair.
We had a car parked downtown get keyed. Bobby and his team literally made the car look brand new. They went above and beyond taking it upon themselves to fix door dings and replace some panels that were not part of the job. They finished the job early and were so easy to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a body shop or paint job!
