PCC is a wonderful organization in our neighborhood and community. They take great pride in maintaining their property, contribute positively to the area, and have helped make the neighborhood feel more welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. I live next to this business and unfortunately the conditions around it have been a serious problem for years. There has been a recurring homeless encampment directly in front of the property that has created ongoing sanitation issues for nearby residents. The situation has repeatedly resulted in public urination, human waste, and trash accumulating in the immediate area.
