Rarely anyone is ready for an accident. I asked the gentleman that works for progressive what can I do if I didn’t have enough money to take it out. I was just trying to figure out if I could leave it there for a few days till I got the money. He rudely ask me If I didn’t have the money then why did I bring the car to the shop. I told him the insurance told me to take it and he just says Oh OK. I feel that he had a really bad customer service that’s why I wouldn’t recommend it and it to anyone.
Great customer service. They were accurate on the time frame for getting my truck in and out.
I want to compliment the work done on my vehicle at Platinum Collision Center in Forney. They are very professional from the receptionist to the appraisers. The final product was excellent.
My Mom, who is 77- has had two car accidents in the past 4 months- NONE of these accidents have been her fault but it has been so stressful for her- Platinum collision has done so much and gone above and beyond- basically helped her ever step of the way and treated her like she was their family member!!!!
