Filed a claim with our insurance and they sent us to them. Immediately started receiving texts to update status etc, which was very nice. The car was repaired faster than expected and we are very happy with the results so far.

Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car here! I took my car here because my insurance used them as a preferred repair center. I felt like I was working there with the amounts of times I had to follow up. There was no communication on the part of Rocky, once the car was done I was given the keys and told there is your car. No one went over to inspect it with me, considering it was an 8k job they should atleast do that. I highly recommend Platinum Collision, and more specifically the person I dealt with, Paul! They were prompt, thorough, honest, and provided excellent customer service. They finished the job exactly when they said they would, and they offer a lifetime warranty on their work. They made an unpleasant car situation as pleasant as possible!
