The Rent Amount is not what your told your going to be payin the beginning, we are paying about 200$ in bills added, they screw you with water bill etc. Nothing is consistent in price. & Let me mention, when my fiancee applied for an apartment here, Ron at the office who seemed super nice and helpful promised a $200 gift card if we resided at Platnium Castle Hills for 45 days. Do not live here if you worry about your pet or getting attacked yourself. I’ve seen so many dogs off leash.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My friend lives in these apartments and every time I visit her, we have encountered dogs off leash!! The management staff doesn’t care and doesn’t enforce the leash laws! Recently, my friend’s dog was attacked and almost killed by another dog and management did NOTHING. Do not make the mistake of living here!
BEWARE!! MY APARTMENT IS INFESTED WITH FLEA'S GOING ON 2 MONTHS NOW!! WORST apartment I have ever lived in! I don't own any pets so there shouldn't be a reason why this has happened! I go on vacation the first week of June and as I return home I walk in to an apartment INFESTED with FLEA'S!! RecommendedI’ve had zero issues with this place until last few months since they transferred to a new software. My lease renewal took forever because of the new system and under-staffing. And the autopay is still taking out the older contract amount so I have to separately give them a check for the balance amount which is an inconvenience cuz I work past the leasing office hours and the new staff doesn’t know how to communicate and address the problem. they do not serve those apartments the manaller stole the deposit he requested and not the bolvio treats the residents badly
I have lived here since 2014 but dang has it went downhill. Not only is the mandatory valet trash service you pay for virtually inaccessible for working people (P/U) is 5-7 Sunday thru Thursday, but for the last 2 months the place is overwhelmed with dog feces. You can barely walk to your car without stepping in it. I've talked to them, sent emails etc & NOTHING has changed. Maybe it's just my bldg but do SOMETHING!
