Jason Bush was the person I worked with to get my 2020 Lexus NX300 F-Sport and he was a pleasure to work with. BEWARE! This dealer bait and switched me. Agreed upon one price and realized I was charged over the agreed upon price. I’m a woman who can afford what she wants but I absolutely despise shady business practices or being taken advantage of. I want nothing else to do with this company. Moving forward I will never be visiting this dealership again and will not recommend it to any of my friends who are luxury car buyers and owners. No Thanks!
I have had the WORST experience ever with this dealerships tag and title person which also holds the position of accounting and cancellations Mr Sarah Danastorg. I have been trying to reach out to her to cancel my third party warranty for a warranty that I prefer with the Land Rover dealership here in San Antonio Tx. I have called over 15 or so times within the last 2 days (starting 8:00am to closing at 7:00pm on 18-19 Aug 2025).
