Very bad service. "Overseer" does not assist workers and very rude. Not a thorough wash at all. When I advised manager Ed Adomaitis the issue he quickly brushed me off and dismissed me. Was not interested in fixing issue that could have been resolved with a wet rag. Avoid this car wash at all costs. Especially minorities. Very bad service. Very slow. Value is terrible. Better quality at a gas station. Company lawyer advised me to write my experience to better business bureau which I intend to do today.
With the platinum carwash I should've gotten a better vacuum. He never pulled up to the vacuum. When I asked him if he vacuum he said yes. I know he didn't. I will go back again. This is the second time in a row that I left unhappy with what I paid for
For a $20.00 car wash you would think that you'd get a proper vacuuming, the dashboard dusted and clean windows. You get a poor vacuuming, partial dusting and smeared windows. And when you complain ,you get dirty looks and mumbling even though you just tipped them $5.00 before you noticed the sub par job.
Poor training of management. Car wash was OK. The female clerk at the cash register and even the boss didn't seem to understand the difference betweeen a credit and debit card. I used that card since my wife was in NYC running up a huge bill and I did not want to confuse the credit card system on use of the card that weekend. Always a real fine job. To make an old car or just a plain car look showroom clean inside & out. Take it here, guaranteed job well done! Not bad pricing either for all you get! Always take our cars to Platinum Car Wash!
Not so clean! – I went it about a month ago with an open mind. It was a beautiful sunny day and there was nobody in line. My car came out with streaky windows, dirty rims and missed spots all over the car. My open minded self gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was in this week and it was twice as bad. I'm far from picky here people, but when I asked the manager he claimed that it's because I haven't washed my car in over a month
Go to real car wash not this place! Rip you off by printing less coupon books! Cheap low quality wash maybe worth it with coupon book but not worth any more! The Managers are horrible!!!!
