Thank you Platinum Car Wash for raising your prices so high that you are no longer affordable. I could see a dollar or two increase but you have priced yourself so high that I will no longer frequent your establishment. Thankfully, Waterway Wash has purchased the old Piser Weinstein funeral home at Church and Skokie blvd and we will soon have a new car wash to visit with reasonable prices. Your Platinum car wash in Wheaton may demand prices like this but this is Morton Grove. Enjoy the competition.
Oh my god they don't know how to deal with customers the guy setting inside with radio is horrible he is Soo rude when he was talking to me I was scared from his attitude becareful everyone and don't go their they don't give fuck to customers that's my last visit to this carwash thanks god i m safe....
Been going here since I started driving and I've never had a problem. Cleaned my car just the way I expected. No complaints here.
This place sucks! Management is completely rude. I will tell everyone I know not to come here. Maybe get a new manger, this guy is making the place lose customers. You lost my business and my family (5) customers never coming back.
BE AWARE!!!!!! READ THE REVIEWS ON ED ADOMAITIS BEFORE YOU GO THERE!!!! Brand new original BMW mats and ashtray were taken from my car during the detailing at PLATINUM CAR WASH in Morton Grove (replaced with used ones). The manager ED ADOMAITIS insulted my intelligence telling me that these are mine and he removed them and put them back personally.
