I just took my XT6 in for her first oil change. The service staff was courteous, and took me in before my appointment time. Thank you for taking care of me. I'll be back for the next one, and thank you for washing my car as well.
Update: Had an extremely positive experience today when I took my car in for a recall service. Aaron Cortinas was the service advisor and he was very cordial and respectful. He noticed the car was getting close to needing an oil change so that service, along with tire rotation, was done as well. I appreciate him catching this!
