I bought my car about a week before Thanksgiving and still have not got my tags or registration-Every time I call, they say it’s gonna be another two weeks
This wasn’t our first time to buy a Cadillac but it was the first time that we had a salesperson that was awesome. Lee made sure everything was set up. GREAT experience purchasing an Escalade at Platinum Cadillac and worth the drive from Dallas! From their new building to all the staff I interacted with, it was a fantastic experience. Especially my salesperson, Lee Slay. From the moment I spoke with her on the phone, to working with her in person, she was great. Very knowledgeable, super accommodating, and I never felt ‘pressured’ to buy the car. She was awesome! Will certainly go back!
