Was travelling to Canada from the states on a lond road trip and had a nightmare scenario of my car overheating on the rainbow bridge with everything closed. Was able to get my car to platinum first thing in the morning and they were able to have a part ordered, shuttle me back to my hotel, and my car fixed all within 5 hours on a day where they told me they had appointments all day and couldn’t make any promises.
