Buyer BEWARE. DO NOT do business with this shop. took my vehicle to get fixed after accident and 3 weeks later, picked it up, drove it home only to discover issues still exist. i called the very next day and explained that there were still issues and was told it was not their responsibility. call your insurance company, i was told. bottom line... This place is great. The people are really professional & knowledgeable. I had a horrible experience with my wife’s car at another place. But I was getting quotes for my truck. They were right in middle on pricing but the quality was worth it. Really get what you pay for. Kept in touch every step of the process. Had to get a tow, and instead got some great advice on what was happening with my car, and I was able to fix it on the spot! No tow required. Of course, I was happy to still compensate them for their time. Ernest was a great help to me, and literally saved me hundreds of dollars! He went the extra mile, showing his commitment to his job and the customer. He should be acknowledged for that by management. Would recommend for sure!
Ricky & Dan are superb & very professional during my experience at Platinum with my 2020 BMW x5! They did a ceramic coating and stage 1 tune. The coating is absolutely flawless and when I got home I was literally touching every aspect of car wondering how they made it so silky smooth! The tune made quite a bit difference and I definitely feel more power and of course burps! I recommend they for any car needs as you can expect a great service at all times!

My brand new Jeep (6 days old) was rear ended. A few friend quickly reached out and quickly told me a few places to take it, but I had already made the decision to take it to Ricky at Platinum. Ricky and Joe are two of the coolest car enthusiasts i've met. Friendly, knowledgeable, and priced right. I'm a classic car guy (70 chevelle resto) and they treated me the same as a 300k Lambo customer. I highly recommend these folks!
