Not very welcoming. I went in for a quote, They took my information. I was told id get an email. I never did. So I emailed them.. Nothing.. I called them on numerous separate occasions, No answer, Left voice mails.. Nothing.. Just Ghost. Ive got a Feeling its because Im visibly Lgbt.... Ive got no other explanation. Regardless Im disappointed as I need my Rockers fixed. It seems the shops in town are either not fixing rust damage, Not professional or A bit socially backwards :p
Took my 2005 Nissan Sentra here. Had low mileage on the engine but Rockers and fenders were rotted out. Chris and his team did a fantastic job. Car looks brand new. They also fixed an exhaust issue I had too. They also put 4 new all weather tires on. Installed and balanced at an amazing price. This trip was like a one stop shop for me. Chris is one of the nicest shop owners I have come across. Honest and everything was as he said it would be at the price quoted. Thank you again for the amazing service and workmanship!
Chris and all the guys at Platinum Auto are excellent. They fixed the front grille on my car. It was a beast of a job but they got it done and I passed my safety! I highly recommend Platinum. Chris is a super nice, friendly guy!
