Prices are definitely not negotiable , website has place to "make an offer", so I did, salesman replied no, price is firm, so why to they have a place to make an offer?
Great experience! John and Jacob were easy to work with and they cared about the overall experience. They are not commission sales people and they focus on your needs. Truck was exactly as presented and very pleased at this point.

I applied for a loan through the dealership online. I was told they were very busy. I didn’t hear anything for two days. I called to inquire status of my loan status and I was told by a salesman over the phone that I was being impatient and I was bothering them. They were too busy and told them i did not want to be a “bother” to them any longer. I’m under the impression they have plenty of qualified buyers and they don’t really want or need my less than perfect buying situation.
Contacted this dealer and told them I was looking to make a deal that day( Saturday) since I live 2 hours away. They are closed on Sunday and I would not be able to make it out there during the week. Mike told me that he was too busy to take care of it that day so I asked for someone else and he said he would see. Never heard back from him even when I text him asking if he was going to be able to get it done...
