Ted and his assistants were very friendly and helpful in explaining the process of chip repair on one car and windshield replacement on another car. They were always available to answer questions and make the wait comfortable for me and my children.

Marcus from Platinum auto glass turned my horrible situation around. He was so kinda that he even helped me to my front door. What a great person!!!!!!! I was so mad at the company for not ordering my glass that after he came and got it fixed (in 35 mins) along with his beautiful heart made me forget about them not ordering the glass for me!!!!!
