They provided excellent customer service right from the beginning, with a cordial phone greeting, to a timely returned call, to exemplary repair in my driveway. The owner, Ted, was personable and extremely competent in completing the repair. I will use this company any time I need glass repaired on my car!
Ted was awesome, we had a freak broken window as we traveled from Richland, Wa to Clayton Ca. Not only did he get us the only window available in N Ca, but hooked us up with an installer near the glass location. And all at a good price ...
WOW so impressed. I called this morning needing some chips repaired, Ted not only got me on his calendar for TODAY, he came to me while I was at work, saving me time, and repaired the chips. He billed our insurance and it couldn't have been easier! Excellent service! Ted (the owner) and everyone were very friendly. They are very knowledgeable and professional! I came here after the installer at a different company said my vehicle had special side trims that he would likely break while removing and installing the windshield; he said I would be responsible for the cost of replacing the two trim pieces at $300 extra. Replacement of my windshield went without a hitch. Called for a quote, no pressure. Got other quotes and Platinum was definitely reasonably priced. They set up a time for next day, got the windshield overnight. Greeted by a couple of ladies who made sure we got WiFi logon while waiting. Ran across the street and got an UGLY Burger. Came back and it was done. Painless! Great job. Only complaint is maybe a Greeting at the door and a how can we help you.
While in town for a funeral, our car was broken into. Ted was unbelievably helpful. He ordered our glass right away, even opening early on a Saturday to vacuum the piles of glass from the car and tape the window so that we could make our appointments that day. He also got his installer to come in early to install the glass so that we could make appointments. Very friendly and helpful service-we would highly recommend this company!
Very nice people, thoroughly went over job before starting, fast service and price was lower than anywhere I checked. So far I am very pleased. Thanks Platinum I will recommend you in the future!
