3 weeks ago I called and spoke with the owner Ted about getting a quote for a windshield replacement. Not only was he the lowest price in town, but also willing to send a technician to my work location, and offered a lifetime warranty on their work. So I decided to schedule an appointment and he was able to send his technician Paul out the next day.
