My 9 year old thermostat's display failed and I called 5 reputable HVAC companies. Platinum Air was one of them. They sent out as senior tech experienced with LENNOX Systems. He recommended an easy to use, SMART System that is perfect. He explained in detail how the system works, etc. He gave avery fair price and completed the job efficiently and professionally.
