They basically stole from us. They said to send in the main board of the gate operator for an exchange with another board. They never sent us the replacement. They asked for the FedEx tracking numbers proving we sent them the board, we did that. After countless emails and phone calls with apparently all 3 people who work at the company, we are out $510. Do not trust this company.
Would not recommend that company, the quality is the worst, don't last, too many problems. Not comply with safety regulations. Poor warranty handling.
As an access systems contractor, I’m going to be honest about their gate openers. They are garbage. They fail all the time, especially in the winter, and I’m constantly replacing them with Liftmaster gate openers and then having no problems for years afterwards. On top of them being trash and creating headaches for clients, their tech support is even worse.
