Not only is the attention and service superior from the staff at the Platform, but I LOVE them all as people!!! Because of each and everyone of them, this feels like home, not a rental. If there are any issues in your unit, they are fixed immediately. I have lived in two other "luxury" rentals in Denver, and the Platform by far excels! Do yourself a huge favor, and make The Platform your next home.

Platform makes you feel like a family. Every member of the staff takes time to get to know you and ensure you're enjoying your residency. I've always been greeted with a smile when I walk through the doors and if there's ever a problem they're sure to fix it in a timely manner. Platform host a variety of events for its residents to get to know one another and shows their commitment to creating a truly unique community.
Platform is awesome! All the people that work there are lovely, there is an amazing common area and events all the time. Also, can’t beat the location. Highly recommended!
Just renewed my lease, 2018 is looking good at the Platform. The leasing office and concierge are on point - Alex, Deena, Letty, Sabrina and Brendan make it what it is!
Platform has continued to surprise and impress us. The amenities are fantastic, the location is superb, and the staff and community make it such a great experience. Could not recommend it more!
