We met Jake Wood at the Taste of Durham event last Thursday. We were so impressed with their sampling and, realizing that the restaurant was right here in Raleigh, we went there for dinner tonight. Fantastic! Carley, our server was wonderful. We started with the blue crab hush puppies and the fried Okra (both were extraordinary). Best brunch I’ve ever had and the best staff!
Best meal we have had in a long time. Delicious appetizers, meal and dessert. Waitress(Alex) was also one of the best. in addition to being delicious food prestation was grest too.
Fabulous food and hospitality, as always. This was a perfect venue to take our out-of-town guests. Thanks Steve, Justin and all the Plates family!
