Had a great meal last night ! Thanks and congratulations to Steve, Kate and the whole team at Plates. The scallops and duck confit spring rolls were the stars !!
The Duck Spring Rolls were AMAZING and the sauce was too!! For dessert the Chocolate Chess Pie was WOW! (best in Raleigh for sure!).
