Tony saved Christmas! Our furnace wasn't working correctly on Christmas Eve. I called him at 5am, not hopeful to have anyone pick up. (He was the 5th company I called.) He not only picked up, but he also was able to troubleshoot over the phone - saving us an appointment and helping us get our heat back on. Cannot recommend him enough! 5/5 stars!
8/2016: Responded to an email in a very timely manner, on the weekend, even when I said 'no emergency'. My heat pump that had issues, finally died. Heat index in the 100s and no a/c. Tony was professional, thorough, and extremely fair. I'd definitely recommend!
