I can’t say more about how amazing Ilia is. I was not feeling well and had an incident of fainting at the studio, and Ilia handled everything so professionally and kindly, calling the paramedics, checking in on me, and making sure I was doing okay even after I left the studio. She’s an amazing, professional instructor and a great human being too. I was intimated to try, and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The classes are intense, so I modify as needed and feel so accomplished when done. I am now addicted!
Love PLATEFIT! 27 minutes here is a better workout than an hour anywhere else. Amazing instructors and such a supportive community.
