Everyone in the office was very friendly. The dentist did a very thorough examination.
I was very pleased with my experience. There was nothing that I was disappointed in. I did not have to wait for my appointment time and was not left waiting in the room. The receptionist, hygienist were excellent. I enjoyed talking to Dr. Shanks and look forward to having my dental work done with him. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Thanks for a great experience.

My family and I were very impressed with the hospitality we revived at Northside Dentistry! Dr. Shanks and his staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. I am going to actually look forward to going to the dentist now! My children really loved the PS3 in the waiting room!
I could not have been more pleased! All the staff was very Professional and Dr Shanks showed genuine compassion for my son Adam who is 5. They went out of thier way to help Adam be comfortable while getting his 2 filling! I will recamend them to everyone.

I feel like family and the entire staff makes me feel like family. I really liked the movie. I am scared to death of dentists and have been made so comfortable that I didn't even realize I was at the dentist.
