I love Gina the NP and Dr Plata was very nice but it's hard to get thru those phone lines.
The Drs are great but their phone system sucks!!! Hardest place to call and get to a human. Then the automated service just says “goodbye” and hangs up on ya! Need to do something about their automated telephone system and their phone answering service!!
Dr. Plata was amazing! He answered so many questions that no other doctors could for years! He was very thorough and sat with me for a while explaining my diagnosis.

Dr. Plata has a jovial personality-he likes to make remarks about our on going relationship-that makes me feel good like I’m not just another patient-his blood lab discovered my anemia and I was able to get well-the staff up front is top notch-I appreciate the professionalism as well as the personal interaction-by remembering my name-one time I came in an hour early and we laughed-they are all overall kind.
