Dr. Plata retired, and my review is for Dr Ghetie (my apologies if i misspelled) who took his place. Changing providers is stressful, so getting a new provider who goes above and beyond is definitely welcome! She is caring, compassionate, and patient. Saved my mom’s life and there are not enough stars to give her for that but I will recommend her to anyone and everyone! Thank you Dr. Ghetie and everyone in her staff, your hard work does not go unnoticed. Appreciate you ALWAYS
I love Gina the NP and Dr Plata was very nice but it's hard to get thru those phone lines.
The Drs are great but their phone system sucks!!! Hardest place to call and get to a human. Then the automated service just says “goodbye” and hangs up on ya! Need to do something about their automated telephone system and their phone answering service!!
Dr. Plata was amazing! He answered so many questions that no other doctors could for years! He was very thorough and sat with me for a while explaining my diagnosis.
