Plastridge Insurance has managed all of our policies since 2017 and we haven't had a single problem. We have received timely information on the need or the possibility of changing insurance companies and coverage, and all of our questions have been answered intelligibly and quickly. Our current contact, Vanessa Ljungholm, has been exceptionally helpful -as was her predecesor.
Had a terrible experience trying to get an insurance copy from this organization, specifically from Carol Tarkoff. For some reason she will not take a phone call, receptionist will not put you through to talk with her. I was nothing but cordial and yet it felt like I had to wrangle a bull to just get someone that could actually help. I sent Carol 4 emails, not a single reply.
