Absolutely the worse place I've worked. HR creates and maintains a horrible culture by selectively enforcing rules and BS gossip. Terrible, inexperienced management team. CEO/owner is out of touch with what is actually going on in his own building and doesn't hold any of his managers accountable. Antiquated non user friendly MRP system that is basically unusable and unreliable due to incorrect info in the system and no transaction discipline in production.
