Went in for a plastic surgery consult and somehow got hit with unsolicited medical advice from a resident who clearly thinks a stethoscope makes him a general physician. He took one blood pressure reading while I hadn’t eaten or drank water all day and immediately starts talking about hypertension like it’s a confirmed diagnosis. No second reading. No context.
