Dr. Epstein is an incredible Rhinoplasty doctor My first rhinoplasty with Dr. Epstein was back in November of last year and then I just had a touch up in July. It ended up being a little over projected and I wasn't a 100% satisfied, so we decided to go ahead and do the revision. Dr. Epstein is amazing. great recovery, no pain I had Rhinoplasty surgery because my nose was broken before. Dr. Epstein fixed my nose. I selected him because he's a top surgeon in Miami. He had a lot of patients that he did a great job to; that's why I chose him. He's a great person, down to earth. I was really comfortable with him and his staff are really great. always there to answer questions I had the greatest experience from my eyebrow transplant. From the minute I walked into the New York City office, to the consultation, and then through the procedure, I always had an answer to my questions right away. I have recommended Dr. Epstein to three different people already. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say 10. I have nothing bad to say about him- very experienced, easy to work with and deal with. I found out that he is ranked as one of the top surgeons in the US, specializing in revision rhinoplasty, which is why I chose him. I had some work done reshaping below my mandible, some liposuction and some laser work on the temple area on each side of my face, and am really pleased with the results. He looks you in the eyes and he has a very confident approach where he is able to tell you whether he feels that he can fix something. great job! I had some hair graft work done by Dr. Epstein last year and I was very pleased with it. Hes done that exceptionally well. His staff is more dedicated than Ive ever seen in any medical procedure that I had ever had performed. Theyre really dedicated to their job and theyre concerned about their patients. They treat each patient as if he was family.
Great customer service Dr. Epstein is really friendly, really caring. He spends time with you talking to you about what you want. And I think he cares about the end result more than making money. He had performed one eyebrow procedure the first time and it turned out that I didn't have enough hair growth. So I went back and he performed another on me for free. So I think he really cares about the results more than the time or money.
