Condescending staff.
They kept my deposit even though I cancelled well in advance and within their timeframe. I ended up canceling and trying to get a surgery covered under insurance. I asked them to keep my deposit for when I reschedule. When I called to get my deposit back they told me they gave it to the surgeon for my cancellation. I have contacted the office multiple times and unfortunately they will not get back to me. Document everything!

I went to get a tip plasty and seemed Confident in my doctor spent 10k For them to give me a nose tip so extremely far from what I asked for with many complications now there’s scar tissue poking out of the side. I specifically asked that my nostrils not be super visible and it’s like they heard that and Completely disregarded it If I could sue, I would, but I live in Florida now. Do not go here for a nose job.
