I ordered a large custom cutting board; received it promptly and it was very well packaged to protect from shipping damage. Unfortunately, when I put it into place a mistake had been made with one of the cut dimensions and so I reached out to Plastic-Craft to explain. They promptly investigated and very quickly responded with apology for the mistake and took the corrective steps without hesitation. I ordered a specific sized piece of plexiglass to repair my bird feeder: 6.75 inches by 13 and 1/8 inches. That’s the whole order. $20 and change including shipping. I ordered it on Friday. It arrived on Thursday. It was perfect dimensions. AND, it was wrapped in double, hard thick cardboard like it was the Mona Lisa! These guys are the best. I won’t use anyone else for this type of thing ever again.
