My experience with him was terrifying,I was not put under,only given a needle to make my lip numb,then Dr A as you call him got a knife and cut my lip through my top lip nearly to my right nostril.I lay there 4 1 hour while Dr A cut out what he said was a cancer,,till this day 12-14yrs on my lip is still numb, my lip on top is way way shorter than bottom lip ,luckily my husband only paid him $1000.00 no antatisegur for putting me to sleep ,the other $1ooo.00 he wanted he NEVER GOT....He Butchered my lip until this day .

Dr A is an amazing surgeon! I had a big cancer cut out of my nose which required a skin graft and an overnight stay in hospital. I was extremely nervous as it was on my face but thanks to the expertise of Dr A and his fantastic bedside manner came through the whole procedure with flying colours. You can barely tell that I had any surgery and no one can believe the excellent outcome I have had. I have no hesitation recommending Dr A if you want great results. I highly regard Dr Arianayagam and his team. They are compassionate and caring and remained so throughout the entire duration of my needs- from first apprehensive enquiry, financing, pre surgery fears, post surgery care and any questions that I had. I had a challenging time afterwards due to swelling and Dr Arianayagam and the girls in the office were amazing with their patience and understanding as I asked question after question as to what was happening with my body. Highly recommend 100%.
