I’ve been trying to get a quote from them since November 2024 to plaster my whole house and got no reply. The receptionist seems to not care about her job and is the most unhelpful person on the other end of a phone and literally just says I don’t have anything to do with the jobs and they will call you when they are ready but I’ll pass a message. Phenomenal quality of product and installation. Plasterline supplied and installed two arches, a ceiling rose, picture rails, and cornices, along with helping us to complete what was quite a challenging gyprock/plastering job given the state of our old house. Rhys and team were wonderful to deal with and I'd highly recommend them for all ornate plaster requirements.
I feel really bad writing this because this place has a beautiful range of products available. However, their phone never seems to work when I call. I emailed, phoned, left a message, and called multiple times and haven't heard back at all. I would have loved to utilise this service but after not hearing back I have begun looking elsewhere. It is very understandable that sometimes it's hard to get back to people on the same day...but was hoping to hear back atleast the next week.
