Beware! Shady company, they're not forthcoming. The brand new juicer that I bought from started leaking from day one. When I contacted them about it they offered to send a new cutter and said they never had that problem before with the model I bought. The new cutter did not solve the problem so I told them I wanted to return it for a refund. I returned it and when I got the refund they gave me $75 less of the total $366 that I originally paid. Terrible customer service. Description on the website does not tell you another piece must be replaced in order to use the requested part. To return it they charged me 15% restocking fee plus their shipping fee. Their error in not noting this requirement. Lost my returned part and denied ever receiving it even though UPS had their signature.
