We specialize in strength training. We feel that everyone can accomplish their goals through strength training. If you want to get leaner you have to build muscle (strength training), if you want to get faster you have to get stronger (strength training), if you want to reduce the risk of falling and increase bone density as you age (strength training). We offer the option of both one on one personal training or small group training classes.

SGT classes are always challenging and never the same. The workout is effective with fast results. David customizes it according to each individual which in turn makes you motivated to be at your best and leaves you looking forward to the next class. Definitely a life changing routine which is great for strength and overall fitness. I recommend this to everyone who is focused on getting fit and not working out to always the same routine.
It's been a month now since I started the small group training (SGT) classes at Plasse Strength & Fitness. And I have to say his workouts are awesome and addictive! And I get fast results. After 2 sessions, I've noticed my arms got bigger and tighter. And after 3 weeks, I have muscle definition in my arms. David is a great trainer, who genuinely cares about his clients. I've trained with him 1-on-1 and really built up my strength. The Saturday workouts are great too and can be tailored to individuals' differing strength and fitness levels. I highly recommend Plasse Strength & Fitness.
