We specialize in strength training. We feel that everyone can accomplish their goals through strength training. If you want to get leaner you have to build muscle (strength training), if you want to get faster you have to get stronger (strength training), if you want to reduce the risk of falling and increase bone density as you age (strength training). We offer the option of both one on one personal training or small group training classes.

David is a great guy. During my sessions, he was very patient with me and corrected my form to make sure I was doing everything the right way. He has all the equipment you need for the perfect workout. He went easy on me because he knew I was only a beginner. Every session is a great experience, and David and his staff will do whatever they can to make sure you accomplish your strength and fitness goals.
The atmosphere sets the endorphins in motion. The instructors are top notch and Linda Gendell is there. That’s the place to be for me.

I've been going to David's, and sometimes Patty's, SGT classes regularly for the past couple of weeks now and I have to highly reccommend them. David is absolutely awesome. Training with him is the best decision I made all year. He is very knowledgeable and puts together a great training program. He pushes you and makes you progress in a sustainable way. Highly recommend.
