I've lived here before and I moved out due to the buildings in poor condition. Well they renovated the apartments so i looked into moving back. They declined my application bc of a DUI i had in 2012!! This is crazy considering i know for a fact drug dealers, people who are felons and sexual offenders live there. So we are just moving in and when we looked at the apartment the one they were renting us was still occupied and we looked at another with the same floor plan. We specifically said we DID NOT want a fire place due to space. They needed to do a bunch of repairs on the unit before we could move in, we were told it was against company policy to see the unit prior to our move in date since they were working on it. The day of move in, they inform us that they still have work to do on the fire place and it will be done on Monday. ... read more
Been here almost 3 years. I've had my issues, have to shout to get things done. Had a two year battle with cock roaches, finally they are gone. Had to threaten to go to ADA in order to get a railing to help me up the steps and to get a handicap parking spot which was generally ignored by their contractors until I threatened to call police. Pools are frequently closed because of filter breakdowns. Do not plan to renew our lease.
