The dentist themselves are friendly. The front desk staff, on the other hand, are as unprofessional as they get. As a first time customer, they claimed they will take my insurance. After I received the service, they claimed my insurance wouldn't cover. Obviously upset, I argue and told them they were deceiving their customers. I asked how I could pay later since I didn't have my card with me, and they told me to come back or call to pay. No more than 5 minutes after I left, Plantation PD was calling me. I had my wisdom teeth extraction done here and it went great!!!! I was really scared about it but the process and recovery were amazing without complications. All the front desk girls and the assistants are AWESOME!!!! Definitely recommended!!!! 100%%%%
