This is the worst business *of any kind* that I have dealt with. They repeatedly break promises and leave you hanging. Before last year's hurrican (Hermine), they promised to deliver propane to me well before the storm arrived, but I waited, called, waited, called but they never brought it. Of course, you can't get propane from any other distributor since the tank belonged to Plantation. After that, I bought my own tank for about $1800.
