I absolutely love living at Plantation Park Apartments! The apartments are clean, spacious, and very well maintained, and the amenities are amazing. Robin and Julie are by far the best office management team we’ve ever encountered! I lived at Plantation Park Apartments from February 2026 until the end of my lease, and moving out could not have come soon enough. I have lived in other apartments before, and this was by far my worst experience—especially considering the price compared with competitors. Shortly after moving in, I discovered both tree and German cockroaches throughout my apartment, including the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, bedroom, laundry room, and dishwasher. I will be moving in soon. Management and staff is A+++ . The property is the best kept ive see while looking at apartments. I knew 15 minutes into the tour and basic screen questions that this is going to be my place. Oh yeah, their pool is actually always open unlike with complexes in the area.
I’ve been a resident for over 3 years now and The apartments are very nice, the common areas are very clean and if you have a dog it’s nice walking around the complex but there’s also a dog park so it’s very convenient. The management and maintenance workers are very friendly and personable. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance request I’ve received a timely response and resolution. I’m very pleased with this apartment complex.
I've been living here for about almost two months now, and it is my first apartment alone. I can definitely vouch and say that the apartment complex is amazing and answers questions/maintenance calls immediately! Robin has been such a wonderful person to me and my son since moving in!
