Extremely Disappointed – Look Elsewhere Our experience at Plantation Park Apartments was incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Maintenance is unresponsive and unreliable. We submitted multiple work orders for a broken closet door, and despite following up several times, it was never fixed — we waited for months with no results. Since day 1 I moved into the apartments, I had such a bad experience with neighbors and maintenance. Do yourself a favor and look for other apartments. I have never dealt with such a poor management apartments in my life! Such overpriced apartments for that poor management and third class maintenance! They don’t know what they’re doing… If you read this and you move in, you will remember my words and understand! STAY AWAY!
Michelle in the office is holding us accountable for floor damage that existed before we moved in. The damage was documented on the Move In Condition Form. Be careful, make sure all documents are countersigned by an office person, or they will screw you over.
19 Feb 25 I had such great expectations for this complex from reading reviews, touring the property, and word of mouth. Those expectations have fallen short. I recently signed a lease a week and a half ago and from day one I have had issues with the refrigerator. It smells horrible. Has a rancid smell something either died or meat spoiled in the refrigerator. This is such a health hazard. I Was told multiple times to put baking soda.
