I recently moved to Plantation Park apartments and am very happy with my choice. My new apartment was very clean without any issues, the property is well maintained, and the staff has been extremely helpful. So far it has been quiet and everyone I’ve met has been friendly. I have no complaints at this time!
Just wanted to give a thank you to our Resident Manager Julie Smith. Before she came over I had issues with Paying my rent with my Corporate CC! Julie showed me a step by step way. That really helped me. I’m 58 and not used to using pay on line. Also Robin Antuna And Julie take care of any issues I have had in a timely manner with my Apartment. Julie and Robin have great attitudes and treat everyone equally. Extremely helpful ladies.
We have lived here over 4 years and love every day of it! Staff is great, the amenities are well maintained and we enjoy it every day!

Extremely Disappointed – Look Elsewhere Our experience at Plantation Park Apartments was incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Maintenance is unresponsive and unreliable. We submitted multiple work orders for a broken closet door, and despite following up several times, it was never fixed — we waited for months with no results.
