Move in was great. Jessica was really awesome and helpful to helped me moved in quick in the apartment.
Just moved in a month ago, this place has been incredibly disappointing. The apartments are falling apart, appliances don’t work, huge ant problem, damage from previous tenants, etc. There isn’t enough parking for the complex not to mention there’s no visitor spots. The management will give last minute notifications for everything, especially entering your apartment. Edit Oct 2025: I had to update my review because the past 6 months of so have been an absolute cluster. Between the maintenance service declining (although speedy) & the communication has been horrible. The property itself has also rapidly declined. I know it’s not the Ritz - but it’s honestly embarrassing. I miss the days where we had Jess consistently, she always got things done & handled correctly.
