I had no A/C for ONE month after 4 work orders and no relief, not even a temporary unit. The apartment was unbearable. I wasn’t “allowed” to terminate my lease so I had to make a payment plan to get out of it so I could move out. Not ONLY did I do that and pay that amount but now I am collections for that very same amount I’ve paid MONTHS ago! People are just flat out rude in the office. When you call to report no water they send you to voicemail. They get a nerve to cut you off and catch an attitude. Obviously they don’t make sure we have running water. The best they due is post a sign. Literally have families out here days before a hurricane with no running water. They have people who pay rent here running around filling up water into pots and jugs from the car wash station hose. I hope they don’t try to make us pay full price for water since it’s not available.... read more
Office staff is awful...everything in "renovated apartments" is spray painted cabinets and sprayed counter tops..no maintenance to speak of either
Poor managment, even the new. Apartments that are marketed as upgraded are not upgraded. Front office personnel are rude and condescending and very poor communication. Pest issues and a.c. issues, when I first moved in. Lease agreement terms change out of no where. Don't do it.
