It's a great place to live with affordable pricing near FSU. I've lived here for nearly two years. Maintenance is great. Alan and Melissa are very friendly. There is an ALDI and a Publix within walking distance.
I love living here. Allen is very friendly and the neighbors are too. It's so peaceful and quiet. They have an on site laundry room which is great to have. The pool area is clean and very nice. They have the best security. Rent is very reasonable and the property is right on a bus route. It is located close to everything. There is a Aldis, Post Office and Publix all within walking distance. There are gas stations and restaurants in walking distance and also close by. Lots of parking spaces. The property is always clean.
This place is great! When we moved in, we really didn’t have to do to much thanks to Melissa and Alan. Love the property, location and the upkeep is amazing. Within walking distance to shops, food, and post office. Also can pretty much walk to FSU right down the street from Doak. Awesome place, awesome people!

Great place to live with an unbeatable price! The application and leasing process was seamless and Melissa was helpful during my stay here. Maintenance requests were swiftly resolved and the neighborhood is generally safe and peaceful.
