RecommendedI recommend Plantation Colony to Families and most of all people that enjoy a quiet area. My Mom has been here since it opened and she has been very well content. My daughter has made Plantation Colony her home and feels extremely safe when home. To me thats a plus! Thank you !!

Today I had the most traumatizing experience of my 52 yrs thx to “V” in the front office at Plantation Colony Apartments . After taking off work, driving 16 hrs from from out of state and rushing to get to my sons new apartment at Plantation Colony (on New Years Eve before they closed which we were told would be 6pm) to collect my sons apartment keys, my daughters and I excitedly walked into the front office at 2:40pm. We just moved in and I'm totally impressed with how immaculate and well kept the grounds are, how quiet it is..such a peaceful place. The staff go over and beyond with helping the residents.. I honestly believe they really care about the residents, including the fur babies! They are efficient, personable and move-in glitches were handled immediately, and resolved in a timely manner! We are very happy to be in such a great community!
I’ve lived here a few years now and everyone is more like family. The staff goes above and beyond for all their residents including the four legged ones. They helped me find a home here at a very bad time in my life. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people not to mention how clean and manicured they keep the grounds. Love this place!!
Great customer service, maintance is on point, and the grounds are immaculate. These people really care about their tenants.
Best community in town. Great location. A lovely place to live.
